Artists at Work: The Ulrich Staff Creates

May 25, 2023 — August 1, 2023

This summer, the Ulrich celebrates one of its most important art assets: its talented staff members! Museum professionals by day, these artists use their own creative experiences to strengthen and inform their approaches to the multifaceted industry in which they work. Their personal relationship with art-making enriches Ulrich engagement and promotes a special connection with its audiences. This unique exhibition features work by five Museum employees, showcasing a variety of media and creative processes, such as print, painting, digital media, collage, and drawing. Artists at Work: The Ulrich Staff Creates is on view in Grafly Gallery on the first floor of the Ulrich, May 25 through August 5, 2023.

Featuring works by:
Lydia Humphreys, Interim Education Curator
James Porter, Exhibition Designer and Production Manager
Joanna Ramondetta, Office and Finance Manager
Jo Reinert, Registrar and Collections Manager
Austin Storie, Operations Assistant

The Ulrich is grateful for the ongoing support of the Ulrich Friends with Benefits members who make the Museum’s exhibitions and programs possible through their UFWB memberships. We also receive funding for general operational support from the City of Wichita and Wichita State University.
