Why join the Ulrich team?

Here's what some of our student staff had to say about their experience at the Ulrich.

Being an art student and working at the Ulrich helped fill my tool belt with skills that are helpful to the field. Like how to patch walls, proper ways to handle art, etc. Also, you get to know people that are working artists or art consumers.

Kat Smalley, Student Gallery Attendant

I would say that I enjoyed working with the other student employees and going to all the unique shows the museum puts on. I had a flexible work schedule while being able to do my classes and schoolwork and made a lot of good business and community connections.

Lee Harter, Student Gallery Attendant

I loved working for the Ulrich because my co-workers and the patrons were like family to me. Everyone knows each other’s names and actually cared about me. The Ulrich helped me improve my communication skills and to build my resume. They took a chance on me when no one else would. For these reasons, I thank the Ulrich for the opportunity to work there.
