Tales of strange encounters in the Ulrich Museum, McKnight Art Center and other locations on the WSU campus are plentiful, and warrant further investigation. There will be two hunts, each lasting one hour.
Our guides are ghost-hunters, Michelle Arbuckle and Marcia Loy, two sisters who have been fascinated by the paranormal for more than 20 years, and who have participated in ghost hunts, locally, regionally, and beyond over the last 15 years. They have explored local haunts, including Cowtown and the Crown Uptown Theater, and have investigated personal residences in and around the Wichita area.
While personal experiences are not guaranteed on any type of ghost tour or investigation, this duo have each had numerous experiences including seeing apparitions, capturing an EVP (electronic voice phenomenon), seeing shadow figures, physical disturbances, objects being moved and experiencing device/flashlight interactions. Equipped with investigative equipment the duo approaches each hunt with the upmost respect. Their goal is to lift the veil of history and time to see who might still be lingering.
