In conjunction with Where We Belong: Refugee Stories from Wichita, Hong Tien Vu, Associate Professor in the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Kansas and collaborator on research being conducted at WSU’s Center for Educational
Technologies to Assist Refugee Learners (CETARL), will speak about his research and practical efforts to help refugees gain greater digital literacy. This free talk takes place in the Beren Gallery and everyone is invited. Reception at 5:30 p.m. | Program at 6 p.m.
