THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER!
Due to today's cold, rainy weather, we've decided to postpone this car cruise to keep you and all of our queens and allies warm and dry. (Also true: AquaNet can only do so much.) We will post a new event with the updated day and time on this website's Event page, as well as on Facebook. Thanks for your understanding!
Come cheer on this caravan of queens and allies as they cruise Douglas in sassy convertibles for this inaugural Drag(ging) Douglas Car Cruise, organized by the Ulrich Museum of Art in conjunction with the exhibition Devan Shimoyama: Rituals. We'll travel west on Douglas starting at Grove, circle the roundabout at Sycamore and head back east. When we reach St. Francis and Douglas, we'll disband and call it a day!
Join us in the line-up or on the sidelines as a spectator, Saturday, April 5 from 4-5 p.m. to spread goodwill during this fun car cruise. You can still participate as a driver, if you like. Just email Ann.Keefer@Wichita.edu by 5 p.m., Friday, April 3.
