Justin Elkouri

Justin Elkouri is the Chief Legal Officer for David Murfin and Murfin, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas.

The Murfin group of companies own and operate several businesses across numerous platforms and industry sectors including Murfin Drilling Company, Inc. and Murphy Tractor & Equipment Company, in addition to extensive real estate holdings, technology and health care investments, and various other holdings throughout the United States and abroad.

Prior to joining Murfin Inc. in November 2013, Mr. Elkouri served as Vice President for Texas Premier Resources, LLC and as an associate attorney with Porter Hedges LLP, each of which was based in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Elkouri currently serves as a Board Member of Airshare, as well as part of the executive leadership team for Lee Aerospace, Inc., and as a Board Member of Union State Bank. In addition to serving as current Board Member of the Ulrich Museum, Mr. Elkouri is also involved in several other charitable, educational, and not-for-profit groups in and around the Wichita community, currently serving as a Board member of the Sedgwick County Zoo, and as President of the St. George Orthodox Cathedral Endowment Board.

Mr. Elkouri received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, and his Masters of Law in Taxation from NYU. Justin, his wife Mica, daughter Evelyn (10), and sons Rowan (8) and Deacon (7) reside in east Wichita and are active members of St. George Orthodox Christian Cathedral, Christ the Savior Academy and Wichita Collegiate School.
