Bikki, a proud Wichita native, has cultivated a global perspective through extensive travel across North America, Europe, and Asia, fostering a deep appreciation for arts, culture, and community engagement. With over 25 years of professional experience, Bikki has held pivotal roles in internal audit and corporate services, making significant contributions to operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Bikki's career trajectory evolved when she was recruited from internal audit into a headquarters role by the CFO of a national wholesaler, tasked with spearheading shared services for recruitment, benefits, payroll, HR, administration, and facilities management. Her innovative approach and leadership led to the successful establishment of streamlined processes that optimized organizational resources.

In recent years, Bikki has taken on leadership positions in human resources and facilities management for diverse international corporations, demonstrating her adaptability and effectiveness in complex, dynamic environments. She brings over 12 years of experience as a key member of corporate senior leadership teams, adept at fostering collaboration and driving organizational success.

Bikki's commitment to not-for-profit service is exemplified by her roles on the Wichita State National Advisory Council and as president of a New Jersey-based student housing corporation. She is deeply involved in the arts, funding a scholarship for digital arts education and actively supporting institutions like the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Barnes Foundation.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bikki showcased exceptional leadership by overseeing critical multi-user technology projects and implementing rigorous health and safety protocols for returning workers, ensuring continuity and employee well-being.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Bikki remains actively engaged in church ministry, serving as a lector in a bilingual parish in South Philadelphia and coordinating liturgical events at a scenic rural parish. Her dedication to community service underscores her values of compassion and social responsibility.

Bikki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) from Wichita State University and a Master's in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She is a certified HR professional and is currently pursuing additional credentials to enhance her expertise in executive compensation.

A quintessential "Kansas straight shooter," Bikki's leadership style is characterized by integrity, directness, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. She is eager to contribute her diverse skills and unwavering passion to support the Ulrich Museum's mission of advancing arts education and community enrichment.
