DESCRIPTION:Wichita Ceramic National in Support of Empty Bowls Wichita\nOctober 4-26\nOpening Reception 5-9 p.m.\, Friday\, October 4\nReuben Saunders Gallery \nHelp us celebrate the 10th anniversary of Empty Bowls Wichita at the Opening of the Wichita Ceramic National. Reuben Saunders Gallery is partnering with Empty Bowls to host the reimagined Wichita National Ceramics invitational show. From early exhibiting iconic clay artists including Shoji Hamada\, Betty Woodman\, and Bernard Leach to later modern masters like Peter Voulkas\, Wichita has been a central hub in the national clay scene. The reestablishment of the exhibition will bring new energy to the region.
