Celebrate LOVE before Valentine’s Day when you support the Museum and local artists at this Ulrich50 fundraising art auction, 6-9 p.m., Thursday, February 13 at the Ulrich.
Bid on 46 love-themed original artworks by popular Wichita artists in our silent auction. Enjoy a social evening of art, light hors d'oeuvres, and libations: wine, bubbly, beer, and our special Love Potion #9. Sample wine and chocolate pairings. Visit with the artists about their work. Buy tickets for a chance to spin the Wheel of Love and win prizes, including a Lego version of Love by Robert Indiana.
The Ulrich galleries will be open until 8 p.m. so you can take a docent-led tipsy tour of our current exhibitions.
Tickets are $20 and available at the Ulrich front desk or here online. Proceeds from this event will be divided between the artists and the Ulrich Museum's community engagement initiatives.
Please note: To facilitate the auction and payment process, the silent auction will take place in three bidding sessions with bidding ending at 7:15 p.m., 7:45 p.m., and 8:15 p.m. We recommend arriving at 6 p.m. and staying through all three sessions in order to have a chance to bid on as many of the 46 artworks as you wish.
