The Ulrich app is a way to bring today’s art to more people, more often. Make your next visit to the Ulrich or day on campus more rewarding by downloading the Ulrich app now.
The Ulrich app highlights the extraordinary 81-piece Martin H. Bush Outdoor Sculpture Collection with multimedia self-guided tours and interactive maps for easy navigation of Wichita State University’s campus. The app also provides information about exhibitions in our galleries, programs, events, membership, accessibility, visitor information, and a self-guided tour just for families.
The app is continuously updated with new content, tours, and events. Audio tours and Spanish language translation will be available in the coming months.
The Ulrich app was made possible by the generous support of former WSU Student Government Association (SGA) presidents David G. Crockett, Jessica Gries Edwardson, Mark R. Finucane, Dr. Deborah G. Haynes, Michael A. James, John R. Morse, Eric F. Melgren, Angela L. Nesley, Roy L. Ridener, Robert E. Shields, Hon. Scott W. Stucky, John H. Tatlock III, Johann A. Zacharias, and Anonymous. The Ulrich app was produced by Ulrich Education in collaboration with Cuseum and with the assistance of Ulrich staff, Information Technology Services, Media Resource Center, Dr. Brittany Lockard, and Dr. James Rhatigan.
The app honors Dr. James Rhatigan, former WSU Vice President for Student Affairs. Dr. Rhatigan has long been a strong advocate for the acquisition and placement of important sculptures across the WSU campus. Through his efforts, twenty-two sculptures came to campus with funding support exclusively from the SGA.
